There are three things called “message”, and each is turned off in a different place.
The “Message” question in the booking form: a field guests fill in when they book. Show or hide it in the booking page editor's “Form”.
The message function: after a booking, when a guest replies to an email from Jicoo, the reply arrives in “Message” in the schedule details. Turn it off with the setting on this page.
“Contact” on the booking page: lets guests send an inquiry from the bottom of the booking page. Turn it off with the setting in “How to show or hide the contact form on the booking page”.
If you are not showing the “Message” question in the booking form but a guest's message still arrives in “Message” in the schedule details, the guest replied to an email from Jicoo. To stop this, change the message function setting below.
The message function can be disabled by changing the team settings.
By hiding the message function, the following changes will be made.

When a guest replies to a Jicoo mail, the sending of the message will be stopped (message exchange will not be possible).
