Guest email address display settings and security rule settings are available for the Team plan and above. (Access permission by IP address is available on the Enterprise plan.)
Settings can be made from Team Management > Security.
Guest Email Display
You can set whether or not the guest's e-mail address is displayed in the e-mail that the host receives when a booking is completed or cancelled, etc.
Guest Email display: ON
The guest's email address will be displayed in the email sent to the host.
Guest Email display: OFF
The guest's email address will not be displayed in the email sent to the host.
Supported Emails
The following emails will reflect whether or not the guest's email address is displayed.
Booking completion email
Email when a booking is cancelled
Email when a booking request is made
Email when a booking request is approved
Email when a booking request is denied
Email reminding you of a booking
Email when a vote is accepted in a meeting/poll
Email when you cancel a meeting/poll before the date/time is confirmed
Email when you cancel a meeting/poll after the date/time has been confirmed
Security Rules
Security Rules allow you to specify users and conditions under which they can access Jicoo's host page and download CSVs. This feature is available when you wish to allow access or download only to specific members of your team.
*A security rule becomes effective when one is set, and members who do not meet the conditions will not be able to access. Also, if multiple rules are set, only one rule will be applied in order from the top to the bottom.
Page View Permission Settings
Restrict the display of pages within your team and set the users and conditions under which they are allowed. When enabled, restricted users will not be able to view the page even if they access it.
Please select from the following options to allow access to the page.
Apply to roles
Apply to specific members
Apply by specifying IP addresses (Available with Enterprise plan and above)
Apply to roles
Select the permissions of the team members you wish to grant access to.
Only team members with the selected permissions will be able to access the Jicoo host page.
Apply to specific members
Select the team members to whom you want to grant access.
Only the selected team members will have access to the Jicoo host page.
Apply by specifying IP addresses
This feature is available for the Enterprise plan and above.
Please enter the IP address you wish to allow access to. When setting multiple IP addresses, please enter one IP address at a time in a new line. Only team members with the entered IP address will be able to access the Jicoo host page.
Please note that the maximum number of IP addresses allowed is 50. If you wish to add more IP addresses, please contact Jicoo.

You can set permission settings for the following CSV downloads

Please select from the following options to allow CSV downloads.
