If you have used the functions of the Pro and Team plans during the trial period of the Team plan, the booking page will be disabled or some of the contents displayed on the booking page will be changed when the trial period ends.
What is the deactivation of the booking page?
Disabling the booking page means that if the following Team Plan features are used during the Team Plan trial period, new bookings will stop being accepted after the trial period.
Coordination of multiple participants (AND or OR conditions)
Booking page assigned by Managed Event
Seminar type booking page (Capacity is set)
Automatic assignment of assignees in multi-participant coordination
Disabled booking pages will be listed under the “Unavailable” tab.
*Bookings that have already been accepted will not be affected.
How do I reactivate a disabled booking page?
Deactivated booking pages can be reactivated by upgrading to a Team plan, which will allow you to resume accepting new bookings.
To upgrade to a Team plan, please follow the steps below.
*You will be charged from the time you subscribe to the Team plan.
1. Click the “Confirm” or "Check" button on one of the images
2. Click on the “Check Plan” button
3. On the Change Plan screen, select “Upgrade” for the Team plan and make your payment

What are some of the changes to the content displayed on the booking page?
Partial modify of the booking page means that if you have used the functions of the Pro Plan or Team Plan during the trial period, the content will be changed to the default settings after the trial period ends.

To customize features that have been changed to the default settings
To customize features that have been changed to the default settings, you will need to upgrade to the Pro or Team plan. To check which plan is required to customize features, please refer to the “What to do when a Free plan is applied” here.

1. Click the “Check” button on the booking page.
2. Click the “Change Plan” button
3. On the Change Plan page, select “Upgrade” for the Pro or Team plan and make your payment.
