How long is the free trial period for the Team plan and what happens after the free trial period?

The free trial period for the Team plan is 14 days from the date of account registration.

After the free trial period, the Free Plan will be applied and the features of the paid plan will no longer be available.

*Already accepted bookings will not be affected, but the acceptance of new bookings will be suspended.

If you are using the functions of a paid plan, you will need to change your plan.

If you sign up for a paid plan during the free trial period, you can use the features as they are.

You will be charged from the time you sign up for a paid plan.

Features that will change when downgrading to a Free plan

  • Booking page disabled (if using paid features)

  • Team logo removed

  • Forced removal of calendar integration (and with it, removal of Google Meet from locations)

  • Disable Webhook

  • Salesforce integration removed

  • Removed SMS integration

  • Changed user permissions (except for owner, who is now an administrator)

How to check which plan you need to change to

Check the functions you are using from the Edit Booking page.

Click here to check the Team/Pro items.

You can check where you are using the features of the paid plan.

If you want to continue using the plan, sign up for a paid one.

To activate back to the functions of the Free plan

Select Activate on the dashboard for the corresponding booking page.

Select Activate back to Free plan.

Viewing Disabled Appointment Pages

After the trial period, accessing the deactivated booking page will display "Bookings are no longer being accepted. will be displayed. *It is still possible to contact the host.
