When a service connection error occurs

List of booking pages

If any of the following conditions are met, the booking page will be disabled and new bookings will not be accepted.

In the list of booking pages, the booking pages that have been disabled due to connection errors will be sorted and displayed in priority order.

Connection Error Conditions

  • A calendar connection error has occurred for one of the users.

  • (If a location is set) A connection error has occurred at the owner's location.

① When a connection error occurs, click the “Confirm” button displayed at the top of the screen to access the list of service integrations.

② When a connection error occurs, click the “Confirm” button displayed on the relevant booking page to access the list of service integrations.

Integration List

In the service integration list, you can switch between “All”, “Connected”, and “Not Connected” tabs to see the service integration items.

If there is a service integration with Google, Zoom, Teams, or Microsoft, it will be displayed in the “All” tab and the “Connected” tab. The tabs will display an connection error icon and each item will be labeled “Connection Error”.


How to resolve connection errors in service integration/Reconnect procedures

After the service connection error is resolved, the disabled booking page will be automatically activated. In addition, booking will resume.

*After the connection error is resolved, it will take a few minutes for the list of booking pages to change. The booking page will resume immediately after the connection error is resolved.

The following methods can be used to resolve service connection errors.

Resolving Google Calendar connection errors

1. Access “Integration List” > “Google Calendar” and click “More Detail” button.

2. In the Calendar & Resource accounts Connections, click the “Confirm” button for the Google account that is causing the error.

3.Reconnect the Google account.

Resolving Zoom connection errors

1. Access “Integration List” > “Zoom” and click “More Detail” button.

2. Click the “Reconnect” button on the Zoom Settings screen.

3. Reconnect the Zoom account.

Resolving Microsoft Account connection errors

1. Access “Integration List” > “Microsoft" and click "More Detail" button.

2. In the Calendar & Resource accounts Connections, click the “Confirm” button for the Microsoft account that is causing the error.

3. Reconnect the Microsoft account.

Resolving Teams account connection errors

1. Access “Integration List” > “Teams" and click "More Detail" button.

2. Click the “Reconnect” button on the Teams detail screen.

3. Reconnect the Teams account.


Booking page for multiple members

The booking page will be disabled if any of the following conditions are met when “All members can participate” is selected and multiple users are set as members.

Connection Error Conditions

  • A calendar connection error has occurred for one of the users.

  • (If a location is set) A connection error has occurred at the owner's location.

Please check the status of service integration from the list of service integration.

Activating the booking page

You can activate the booking page by doing one of the following.

  • Connect or reconnect all participating members' calendars from the Calendar/Resource Account List.

  • From the list of service integrations, connect or reconnect the booking page owner's location (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

  • Add a valid location

  • Delete all locations

  • Deactivate the integration of a user who is experiencing connection errors

  • Change the owner (for a booking page with locations set)

Booking page using the round-robin function

When the round-robin feature is enabled, the booking page will be disabled if any of the following conditions are met.

Connection Error Conditions

  • None of the member's calendars are available

  • None of the member's locations are available

Please check the status of the service integration from the list of service integration.

Activating the booking page

The booking page can be activated by connecting or reconnecting to any member's calendar from the Calendar & Resource accounts Connections.

You can also activate the booking page by connecting or reconnecting to a member's location (Zoom, Teams, etc.) from the list of service integrations.

Only members with calendar connections or locations enabled will be designated as hosts when accepting bookings.
