About Zoom Linkage

When linked with Zoom, it is possible to automatically issue a URL for the video call and notify the attendees at the same time as the schedule is created.

A Zoom account is required for the linkage.

‍How to link your Jicoo account to Zoom

After logging in to Jicoo, access App Linkage.

Select Zoom and click "Connect" in the "Connect to Apps" section.

The Zoom integration page will appear,

Click "Authorize" to link.
To link Jcoo to Zoom, you must have your app approved by Zoom.

To use Zoom with Jicoo

After the Zoom integration is complete, you will be able to select Zoom on the booking page.

Go to "Edit Booking Page" > "Preferences" > "Location" and select Zoom to save the booking page.

After the schedule adjustment is complete, you can view it in the schedule list.

When you start Zoom from the appointment details page, the Zoom startup screen will appear.

Deactivate Zoom integration in Jicoo

After logging in to Jicoo, access Service Linkage.

On the App Linkage page, select Zoom and click "Cancel".

Uninstall the Jicoo app in the Zoom App Marketplace

  1. After logging in to your Zoom account, access the Zoom App Marketplace

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Jicoo app

  3. Go to the Jicoo app page

  4. Click Uninstall
