I received an error email saying that Zoom integration failed.

If a Zoom URL is not issued when a booking is created, an email with the subject line "Zoom integration failed" will be sent to the host or administrator.

Please check the details of the error and take action.

How to handle the error

Could not be processed due to lack of Zoom integration

Please perform Zoom integration for the account indicated in the email.

PMI erasure is not allowed

Turning off the setting on the Zoom side will resolve the issue (This occurs because Personal Meeting IDs cannot be deleted)

Linkage could not be performed because the data does not exist

In the case of a schedule change or cancellation, the created ZoomURL could not be deleted. This occurs when the ZoomURL has already been manually deleted or deactivated.

In the case of schedule changes, Jicoo issues a new ZoomURL, so the changed schedule is not affected.

Could not link because of a problem with the registration data.
