About Meeting Poll (Intermediary)
An intermediary function is a method of coordination between third parties in which the host does not attend the relevant appointment.
The mediation function has the following features
・Meetings are held only for guests who have voted.
・The host who acts as an intermediary is responsible for "checking the voting status" and "deciding the date and time".
The behavior when the intermediary function is set is as follows
・The host is notified of the guest's voting status.
・Only the guest who voted will be the participant in the email when the date is confirmed.
・When a calendar invitation is made, the schedule is created with the host not participating.
How to Create a Meeting Vote (Intermediary)
The time requirements are explained in the “How to Create a Meeting Vote” section of this manual, and are therefore omitted from this section.
Once you have completed the time settings, go to the next page, select the title and location, and then select “Intermediary” from the “Participation Format” menu.
Please fill in the other required fields as you would in the normal process of creating a meeting ballot.

ex ) At the time of schedule voting (in the case of “Intermediary”)
ex ) When the date is fixed (in the case of “Intermediary”)
