Because payments are processed through Stripe, emails about your payments are sent automatically by Stripe. They are not sent by Jicoo directly.
You can check your billing status at any time on the payment page in the admin screen.
Notation on credit card statements
The name on your credit card statement when you sign up for a paid plan is “JICOO”.
The final name on the statement is determined by the bank or credit card company.
Therefore, please be aware that the name on your statement may be different from the one on the relevant statement, depending on the rules of each company.
