Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar applications can be linked, and you can check the linkage status of your team members.
You can check it with the authority of *administrator or above.
You can view the collaboration status by going to "App Collaboration" > " Team Usage Status ".
Calendar integration when a member belongs to multiple teams
If the same user belongs to multiple Jicoo teams (workspaces), calendar integration (connecting a calendar and selecting the calendars to check and add appointments) must be **set up separately for each team**.
The integration status shown in "Team Usage Status" is displayed on a per-team basis, so a member may be shown as connected in one team but not connected in another team. In that case, bookings will not be reflected in the calendar and web conference URLs will not be issued in the team where the calendar is not connected.
To set up calendar integration for another team, switch to the target team from the team switcher at the bottom left of the dashboard, and then configure the calendar integration.
