If a guest does not receive an email when making bookings on the bookings page, please check that the email address entered on the bookings page is correct.

The e-mail address entered by the guest will be displayed on the appointment details page of the Bookings List > Event Details page for the corresponding bookings.

If the email address you entered is correct, please check your “Junk” folder in your email application. Also, please make sure that you have allowed @reply.jicoo.com to be sent to your inbox.
