The following settings are required to display the booking page on your profile page, which can list the booking pages for your account.
Display on profile page
Edit Booking Page > Notification/Privacy > Display on Profile
Set to "Show
Set the host display name to something other than the team name
Edit booking page > Basic settings > Host display name
Set to "Team name + personal name" or "Personal name
The hostname will not be displayed if "Team name only" is selected.
