If you view the booking page you created while logged in, you will see it in Debug mode.
By turning on the "Check Available Booking Times" toggle, you can see why certain times of the day do not appear as available for booking.
Guests cannot view this function. In addition, the Debug toggle only appears if you are registered as a member of that booking page with the “Owner” role.
# How to turn on Debug mode
1 . Open the booking page while logged in to Jicoo.
2 . In the black bar (labeled "Preview") at the top of the page, turn on the "Debug" toggle. *On a smartphone, tap the menu icon at the right end of the black bar to display the "Debug" toggle. *If the black bar appears but the "Debug" toggle does not, your role on that booking page is "Editor" or "Viewer". The Debug display is only shown to members with the "Owner" role. You can check and change roles under Edit Booking Page > Members (only members with the "Owner" role can change them). If you cannot change your own role, ask a member with the "Owner" role to check the Debug display for you. *If the black bar itself does not appear, please make sure you are viewing the booking page in a browser where you are logged in.
3 . In Debug mode, time slots that are not shown to guests are displayed in gray. Select a gray time slot to open "Block details" and see why that time is not displayed as a candidate.
*If no gray slots appear at all and you see “This date and time is set to unavailable in the adjustable time settings on this booking page”, there is no time range in the availability schedule for that day. Rather than there being a reason the time cannot be booked, there is no time range at all, so no block details are shown either. See this page for what to check.
You can check the reason why you are blocked.
Conditions applied
Scheduled
There is an appointment created by Jicoo.
*Please check the calendar at https://www.jicoo.com/dashboard/calendars
Even if you have no calendar integration, appointments registered in the Jicoo Calendar will block candidate times. This includes appointments registered with names such as "Block".
*If "Block details" shows "Scheduled", check the name of the appointment at that date and time in the calendar. If you want to accept bookings for that time, delete the appointment and the candidate time will be displayed.
There is an external appointment
There are appointments from external calendars that are linked to Jicoo.
Google Calendar : sample@jicoohq.com
*If the address does not appear, there is an appointment with another member.
Buffer
The buffer time to be left before and after the appointment is applied.
Edit Booking Page > Availability > Buffer Time Before and After Appointment
Member's schedule
Other members of the team participating in this booking are scheduled.
Edit booking page > Members > Member
Booking Limit
The limit set in the "Reception time settings" has been exceeded.
Edit Booking Page > Availability > Booking Time Limit
*Edit booking page > Availability > Reception limit per guest
Resource
There are scheduled resources to be used for this booking.
This is the reason for blocking the booking, including the time before and after.
*Edit Booking Page > Basic Settings > Space/Facilities
Out of the range of acceptance
The time is outside the range in which bookings are accepted. One of the following applies:
It is outside the Date Range
It is within the Grace period (too close to the current time)
It is a time earlier today that has already passed
The duration does not fit within the time range of the availability schedule
*Edit Booking Page > Availability > Date Range / Grace period / availability schedule
Appointments not to be blocked
The appointment is available for booking because there is an appointment with the no appointment setting or an appointment that is not blocked by a keyword in the external calendar that is linked to the appointment.
Click here for more information about Google Calendar's public settings.
Display when there are unblocked appointments
Appointments that are set to "No appointments" are also displayed.
Guests can make bookings for appointments that have been set to "No appointments".

How keyword block rules are matched
Under booking page edit > Members & Resources > Schedule block by keyword, you can set rules that block or do not block appointments whose title contains (or does not contain) a given keyword.
The check only looks at whether the appointment title contains the keyword exactly as written. No normalisation is applied, so all of the following count as different characters.
Spaces — whether they are present, and how many
Full-width versus half-width characters (for example “/” and “/”, “:” and “:”, full-width and half-width letters and digits)
Punctuation (for example “、” and “,”, “ー” and “-”)
Upper and lower case letters
A single differing character means the title is treated as not containing the keyword. Because of this, a long keyword makes the rule fragile: a slight difference in the calendar appointment title takes it out of the rule, and slots appear or disappear unintentionally.
What to check when slots have disappeared
Use debug mode to see why that slot is blocked
Open your calendar and check the title of the appointment at that time
Copy and paste the keyword and the appointment title side by side and compare them. Differences in spacing or character width are hard to spot by eye, so pasting them is the reliable way
If you find a difference, changing the keyword to a short string that is reliably common to every appointment makes the rule stable
Interval and candidate start times
Start times are created every interval, counting from the start time of the availability schedule. Only start times where the meeting fits before the end of the time range become candidates. Start times that do not fit are shown as “Out of the range of acceptance” in Debug mode.
Example: with a time range of 16:15–17:15, a duration of 60 minutes and an interval of 60 minutes, there is one candidate, 16:15.
*On some booking pages created before March 2023, start times are created on the hour, so in this example no candidates are shown. Copying the booking page recreates it with the current method (the copied booking page has a new URL).
