What to Do If the Verification Email Doesn't Arrive or the Link Has Expired

When you sign up for Jicoo with an email address, or change your registered email address, a verification (confirmation) email is sent to the address you entered. Clicking the link in that email completes the process. This article explains what to do if the verification email does not arrive or if the link has expired.

## 1. If the verification email does not arrive

- **Check your spam/junk folder**: You can search for emails from Jicoo by the sender address `@reply.jicoo.com`.

- **Check blocking and domain restrictions**: Make sure emails from the `reply.jicoo.com` domain are allowed.

- **Check your mailbox capacity**: If your mailbox is full, you may not receive new emails.

- **Make sure the email address you entered is correct**

For detailed steps, see:

## 2. If you want the verification email to be resent

If you cannot find the verification email, start the registration (or email address change) process again from the beginning — a new verification email will be sent.

If the email still does not arrive after retrying, please contact our chat support with the email address in question. We can check the delivery status on our side and resend the verification email.

## 3. If the verification link has expired

The link in the verification email has an expiration period. If it has expired, repeat the process as described in section 2 above to receive a new verification email.

Also, **if you have already set a password, you may be able to log in from the login screen with your email address and password without using the verification link.** If the verification link returns an error, try logging in normally first.

## 4. Notes on verification

- Open the verification link **in the same browser you used to start the registration**. Opening it on a different device or browser may prevent the verification from completing properly.

- If it does not work, try opening the link from the verification email in an incognito (private browsing) window and logging in there.

- If you see "No account found" or "This address is invalid" and cannot proceed, see:

## 5. If you need to change your registered email address

- **If you can log in to Jicoo**: You can change it yourself. See:

- **If you cannot log in** (verification cannot be completed, or your registered address is no longer usable): This cannot be changed on your side — please contact our chat support.

## If the issue persists

Please contact our chat support with the email address in question and the screen or error message you are seeing. Even if you cannot log in, you can reach us via the chat at the bottom right of the Help Center.
