What You Can Do on This Page

Let's see how your Jicoo booking page appears to guests (the people making bookings) by making a reservation yourself. By performing a test booking, you can check the booking flow, the content of notification emails, and how it reflects on your calendar beforehand, allowing you to invite guests with confidence.


Test Booking Procedure

1. Find the Page You Want to Book on Your Dashboard

  • Log in to Jicoo and open your dashboard (home screen).

  • Find the booking page you want to test.

  • Copy the booking page URL, or click on the booking page name (or the "Share" button) to open the actual booking page.

2. Select a Date and Time

  • From the displayed booking calendar, select the date and time you want for your test booking.

  • Tip: Please conduct the test in a different browser or an incognito/private window where you are not logged in. (If you are logged in, the booking will be associated with that account).

3. Enter Your Information and Complete the Booking

  • As the booker, enter your own name and email address. If there are fields like "Company Name," fill them in in a way that indicates it's a test.

  • Tip: By entering an email address different from your usual one (such as a test account or a personal Gmail), you can more objectively check the content of the notification email that guests will receive.

  • After entering the necessary information, click "Submit" to complete the booking.

4. Confirm the Booking Details

  • Confirm that the booking completion screen is displayed.

  • Check if the booking confirmation email has arrived at the email address you entered. Also, check the content of the email (date, time, location, links for cancellation/rescheduling, etc.).

  • Verify that the test booking is correctly registered on the calendar linked to your Jicoo account (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).

  • Confirm that the test booking is also recorded in the booking list on your dashboard.

The test booking is now complete! 🎉 By going through the process from a guest's perspective, you may notice things or find areas for improvement you hadn't considered.
