When you connect your Microsoft 365 (Outlook Calendar) account to Jicoo, Jicoo requests only the Microsoft Graph permissions required for scheduling.

| To view calendars and events, and to create, update, or delete calendar events created through Jicoo. |
These are delegated permissions, meaning that Jicoo accesses Microsoft 365 only within the permissions of the user who signs in and connects their account. Jicoo does not request application permissions that grant administrator-level access to your organization’s users or calendars.
How Jicoo uses calendar information
Jicoo uses the connected calendar account to:
Determine available times for scheduling
View calendar events in connected calendars
Create calendar events when a meeting is scheduled through Jicoo
Update or delete the relevant calendar event when a schedule is changed or canceled in Jicoo
Access is limited to calendars and events that the connected user is permitted to access in Microsoft 365.
Maintaining the calendar connection
Jicoo also requests the OAuth scope offline_access. This allows Jicoo to maintain the calendar connection without requiring the user to sign in to their Microsoft account each time.
offline_access is an OAuth scope used to obtain a refresh token for continued access; it is not a Microsoft Graph data permission.
When using Microsoft Teams meetings
If you use Jicoo to create Microsoft Teams online meetings, Jicoo additionally requests the following permission:

Like the calendar integration, the Teams integration uses delegated permissions for the user who connects the account and does not request organization-wide application permissions.
Disconnecting your account
Once you disconnect a calendar account in Jicoo, Jicoo will no longer use that account’s calendar. You can also manage or revoke Jicoo’s access through your Microsoft account settings.
