The contact function allows you to view a list of users who have created appointments from the booking page.
In addition to viewing appointments by user, you can search for users by name or e-mail address.
Contact List
When a user schedules an appointment from the booking page, the user's information is created as a “contact”.
In the Contact List, you can see the following information about the contact.
Name: The name entered by the user at the time of booking will be displayed.
Company: The company name entered by the user at the time of booking will be displayed.
Email: The e-mail address entered by the user at the time of booking will be displayed.
Phone Number: Displays the phone number entered by the user when the location of the booking is by phone.
Created Date: The date and time when the user made the booking (the date and time when the contact was created) will be displayed.
ID: The user's ID is displayed.
How to do a keyword search for a contact
You can search for a contact by entering the contact's “Name”, “Company Name”, “Email Address”, “Phone Number”, or “ID” in the search window in the red frame of the image.
How to change the order in which contacts are displayed and whether or not they are displayed
By clicking the icon in the image, you can change the order in which contacts are displayed and set whether or not they are displayed.
By dragging the left icon, you can change the display order of the item names in the contact list.
By clicking the right icon, you can toggle the display/non-display of items in the contact list.
How to Narrow Down Your Contacts
Click on the icon in the image to filter contacts.
Select the name of the column you wish to filter by, and fill in the blanks with any text, or select the date.
The contact refinement will be as follows
is: The contacts that match the entered text will be displayed.
is not: Contacts that do not match the text you entered will be displayed.
Include: Contacts that have a partial match with the entered text will be displayed. If the filter item is “Created Date”, contacts that fall within the range selected in “Created Date” will be displayed.
exclude: Contacts that do not partially match the entered text will be displayed. If the filter item is “Created Date”, contacts that do not match the range selected for “Created Date” will be displayed.
How to set ascending and descending order of contacts
By clicking the icon in the image, you can set the items to be displayed in ascending or descending order.
Select the item name and choose “ascending” or “descending”.
Contact Details
Click on a contact to view the contact's details.
In Contact Details, you can view all the appointments created by the user.
Click on the Event Details to view the corresponding appointment details.
Creating a booking with a contact
You can create new bookings with contacts you have previously scheduled.
You can use this feature to manage bookings that have already been coordinated outside of Jicoo or when they visit your store.
To create a booking with a contact, click on “Create Booking” in the upper right corner.
Select the booking page and click “Go to booking page”.
On the booking page that appears, select a date and time to create a booking.
