You can check the console error in the Developer Tools of Google Chrome.
If you see the error, please send the capture to our support.
How to check Google Chrome's Developer Tools
From the [︙] menu in the upper right corner of the browser, click [More Tools] > [Developer Tools] to display the Developer Tools screen.
Click the Console tab on the toolbar of the Developer Tools screen to display the console contents.
