I would like to know more about the number of calendar connections/person.

Jicoo allows multiple calendars to be connected to one calendar account (Google/Microsoft, etc.) per person.

“Number of calendar connections/person” refers to the maximum number of calendars that one user can connect. The limit is set for each plan.
The limit counts the calendars selected under “Calendar(s) to check for conflicts”, not the number of connected accounts. If you have connected several accounts, they are counted together.

  • Individual plan (free): Maximum 3 calendars per user

  • Team plan: Maximum 6 calendars per user

  • Business plan: Maximum 6 calendars per user

*Please refer to the pricing page for the latest information.

About Calendar Linkage

Google/Outlook accounts with different email addresses can also be connected for calendar linking. It is also possible to connect multiple calendars.

By mixing the calendars of each account, it is possible to easily display the availability of the reservation page considering both private and professional use.

*If you connect different members' or store calendars to one account, it will not be possible to display the proposed dates as intended. Account A is linked to Account A's calendar, Account B to Account B's calendar, and so on.

Please refer to this help page for details on coordinating multiple names.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I connect only 3 or 6 units for the whole team?

A. No, there is no such limit. The maximum number of calendar connections applies to each user.

For example, if a team of 3 members is using a paid plan:

Mr. A (6) + Mr. B (6) + Mr. C (6) = 18 calendar connections in total.

Q. Can I connect the calendars of multiple users (Mr. A, Mr. B, and Mr. C) to one account?

A. No, it is not possible. An account is intended to be used by one person.

If you combine the calendars of different staff members into a single account, it will not work as intended.

Each person must create their own account and connect their own calendars.

Q. Can I connect both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar to one account?

A. Yes, it is possible. You can connect a combination of Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar within the limit per user.

(Example: 3 Google calendars + 3 Outlook calendars = 6 calendars in total)

Q. What happens if I exceed the number of calendar connections?

A. You cannot save the “Calendar(s) to check for conflicts” settings while you are over the limit. If you deselect an existing calendar, you can select a new one.

Q. Why can I connect more calendars than the limit allows?

A. The limit is only checked when you save on the “Calendar(s) to check for conflicts” screen.
Connecting a new account does not trigger the check. As a result, adding more connected accounts can temporarily leave you above the limit.
The “You have reached the limit” message appears only when you then try to add a calendar from the settings screen.

Q. What happens to my connected calendars when I cancel or downgrade my plan?

A. Any calendars above the limit are released automatically. You will not see an error asking you to remove them by hand.
However, you cannot choose which calendars are kept. If there are calendars you want to keep using after cancelling, we recommend reducing your selection under “Calendar(s) to check for conflicts” to within the limit before you cancel.
Only the connection settings on the Jicoo side are released. Your Google or other calendars, and the events in them, are not affected.
