Register as a Lead
When a customer confirms a reservation from the relevant reservation page, a new lead will be automatically created only if there is no existing lead or account contact matching the customer's entered email address.
*The owner of leads synced from Jicoo to Salesforce will be the account specified as the account contact email in the Application Manager.
Register as a Contact
When a customer confirms a reservation from the relevant reservation page, a new contact will be automatically created only if no existing contact matches the customer's entered email address.
Action (Activity Record)
When a customer confirms a reservation from the relevant reservation page, a new action will be automatically created for the lead or contact matching the customer's entered email address.
※Scheduled appointments canceled in Jicoo will be deleted.
※Creation occurs in the order: Lead > Account Contact, and only one will be created.
Overwrite Existing Records
Existing Salesforce records can be updated.
※Only form-linked fields can be overwritten.
Enable Individual Accounts
If individual accounts are enabled in Salesforce, checking this setting allows bookings to be registered with a blank company name when none is entered in the form.
Conversely, if this checkbox is unchecked and no company name is entered, the company name “No Integration” will be entered.
※ The Individual Account checkbox appears only when “Register as Lead” is selected.
Additionally, if Individual Accounts are disabled in Salesforce, this checkbox is selected, and no company name is entered in the booking form, the following error email will be sent and integration with Salesforce will fail.
We were unable to send the reservation details to Salesforce.

Company
Record type assigned to the lead
It is also possible to link the record type and additional question items to be assigned to the lead.
The owner of the lead to be linked from Jicoo to Salesforce will be the account that was logged into Salesforce when the lead was linked to Jicoo and Salesforce.
The record type to be assigned to a lead will be displayed in the "Lead Record Type" field. Even if you specify the record type in Jicoo, the record type set in Salesforce may be assigned depending on the settings on the Salesforce side. Please refer to the Salesforce documentation for details.

Finally, save the file.
When a customer confirms a booking from the corresponding booking page, the linkage is available as you have configured it.
What you can do with Salesforce integration
When a customer confirms a booking from a reservation page that has been configured for integration, a new lead or action is automatically created in Salesforce.
In addition, it is also possible to link to the input fields of the booking form.
The information will be linked to Salesforce at the timing when the customer confirms the schedule. The assignee (owner) of the record will be the Salesforce administrator.
Items to be linked
- Name 
- Email address 
- Company name 
If the "Lead Information" checkbox is checked
If there is no information in Salesforce for the lead or business partner responsible that matches the email address entered by the customer, a new lead will be automatically created as a new customer.
※Even if you have selected to register as a lead, if the contact person has the same email address, that data will be updated.
If the "Behavior (Record Activity)" checkbox is checked
A new action will be automatically created as an existing customer only if the lead or business partner responsible on Salesforce has information that matches the email address entered by the customer.
If you want to do form integration
Set which "Question Items" should be saved in which "Salesforce Fields" during automatic lead creation.
For fields on the Salesforce side, the format on the Jicoo side must match the format on the Salesforce side.

Enter the "Salesforce Field Name" and click "Save Changes".
How to check the field names on the Salesforce side
1. Log in to Salesforce with an account that has system administrator privileges > click on the "gear mark" > click on "Settings".
2. Click "Object Manager" > "Lead".
3. "Item name" in the "Item and Relation" > "Item and Relation" list becomes the field name on the Salesforce side.

In this case, the format on the Jicoo side must match the data format on the Salesforce side.
If they do not match, the linkage will fail.

If the Jicoo form is a selection, the "Value" field must be set to the "Value" and "API reference name" according to Jicoo's choices after the lead custom is created.
Error Notification
If Salesforce is not linked properly, you will receive an error notification. Please check the contents and take action.
About the case where action data is not correctly connected to the data when linking to Jicoo
If your Jicoo booking is not properly connected to your lead, client, or action data when it is created, please check the following
- The lead/client data in question was created using a different Salesforce form. 
- The email address entered by the guest matches the Salesforce email address. 
- The data format of the additional questions and the fields in Salesforce are consistent.
