SMS reminders are available in Japanese yen only. Please inquire for use outside of Japan.
It is possible to send an SMS reminder to guests when an appointment is about to be made.
You can set the time and the canned text to be added to the body of the SMS sent when reminding the guest of the booking.
* Changing the sending time is available on the Team plan or higher.
On other plans, including Pro, SMS reminders are fixed to one hour before the booking start time. For details, please see Information on SMS usage.
