How to show or hide the contact form on the booking page

With Jicoo Branding, you can choose to display or hide the ‘Contact Us’ section on the booking page.

Please note that the option to show or hide the Jicoo Branding is available on the Team plan and above.

*Note: On the Individual plan (free), you cannot hide the “Contact Us” section on the booking page. (This also applies to existing Pro plan users.)

Hide the [Contact Us] button on the booking page

Go to Team Settings > Jicoo Branding > Edit, select ‘Hide’, and save. This will hide the [Contact Us] button on the booking page.

If Jicoo branding is hidden

The ‘Contact Us’ button will not appear at the bottom of the booking page.

Displaying the [Contact Us] button on the booking page

Go to Team Settings > Jicoo Branding > Edit, select ‘Show’, and save. The [Contact Us] button will then appear on the booking page.

If Jicoo branding is shown

The ‘Contact Us’ button will appear at the bottom of the booking page.

Guests can enter their name (required), email address (required), company name (optional) and message (required), and then submit their enquiry.

Notification Recipients

Inquiry notifications are sent to everyone listed under “Members” on that booking page.

Neither the role on the booking page (administrator, editor, viewer) nor whether the person was actually assigned as the host for that booking affects who receives the notification. Someone with viewer permission still receives it as long as they are listed under Members.

People listed under “Members to be notified only” do not receive it.

You can check both lists under booking page edit > Members & Resources.

*There is no setting for choosing inquiry notification recipients individually. To reduce notifications, the person has to be removed from Members, which also removes them from host assignment.

When the [Inquiry the host] button appears

The [Inquiry the host] button will appear on booking pages that have been disabled, or where bookings have been suspended due to issues with the calendar or Zoom, as well as on pages for rescheduling appointments that have passed their due date.

By clicking [Inquiry the host], guests can enter and send their enquiry.

*The [Inquiry the host] button still appears when Jicoo Branding is set to hidden. Inquiries from a booking page that has stopped accepting bookings continue to arrive through this route.
