What is a keyword-blocking?
Updated over a year ago

When displaying the proposed date and time on the booking page, the presence or absence of certain keywords can be set as a display condition in the linked calendar and the Jicoo calendar.

You can set the keyword-blocking in " Edit Booking Page > Team Scheduling < Keywords ".

Block "Regular meetings" and do not block other appointments

The red frame will be blocked, and the dotted schedule will not be blocked.

Notes on settings

When setting the same keywords or multiple keywords, the setting with the highest priority will be applied.

Please note that the "Do not block" setting will not be applied even if there is a "Block" setting at a lower level.

In the case of the capture, Lunch is not blocked.

Example of using block judgment by keywords

Blocking "No schedule"

You can block a schedule that is registered as "No Event" in Google Calendar or Jicoo by using the blocking judgment by keywords.

You can block a schedule that is registered as "No Event" by registering the keyword for that schedule.

Do not block schedules with low priority

You can block low-priority schedules registered in Google Calendar or Jicoo by using keywords.

By using a rule that registers the schedule name as "*adjustable" or "*changeable," it is possible to display the schedule as a candidate for schedule adjustment even if it is already scheduled on the calendar.
