You can change the sender name that appears in booking emails sent to guests to “Jicoo” or the “Host Display Name” on the booking page.
Rules for Displaying the Email Sender
If you select “Jicoo”
The email sender will be displayed as “Jicoo.”
If you select “Booking Page Host Name”
The host name set under “Page > Host Display Name” will be displayed. You can set the host display name to any of the following: “Team Name + Individual Name,” “Team Name,” or “Individual Name.”

How to Change the Email Sender
You can change the email sender (sender name) from the edit screen on the booking page.
Open the booking page edit page.
Select “Workflow” from the menu, then open the “Display Email Sender” settings.
Select the email sender (“Jicoo” or “Host Name on this Booking Page”).
Save the settings.

“Jicoo” will appear as the sender of the email.
Host Display Name
The host display name set on the booking page will appear as the sender of emails.
You can change the host display name by going to the booking page edit page > Page > Host Display Name.

About the email address and the “via Jicoo” label
Only the sender name (the display name) can be changed in this setting. The email address is fixed as event.…@reply.jicoo.com and cannot be changed to your own domain. This address is what lets Jicoo receive a guest’s reply to the email and attach it to the right appointment.
Because of this, even when you set the sender name to the booking page host name, mail clients such as Gmail may show it as “Host name via Jicoo”. That label is added by the mail client when the sender name and the email domain differ, and it cannot be removed from within Jicoo.
