Pricing
Pricing is as follows:
USD: $1.50 / hour / meeting
Only the time used per meeting is billed.
Payments are settled monthly.
First free hour
Your first 1 hour of usage is free.
The free usage applies to the total time of meetings where Recording and AI Notes is used.
After the first free hour is used, additional usage is billed based on the usage-based pricing above.
What usage is billed?
Billing applies to the time when Jicoo AI records, transcribes, and creates AI notes for meetings where Recording and AI Notes is enabled.
Examples:
30-minute meeting: billed for 30 minutes
60-minute meeting: billed for 1 hour
90-minute meeting: billed for 1.5 hours
What happens after enabling the feature?
After you enable Recording and AI Notes, you can review and adjust the recording and AI notes settings from the Meeting Analysis settings page.
Once configured, Recording and AI Notes can be used for eligible meetings.
How to stop using the feature
You can stop Recording and AI Notes from the admin settings.
After stopping the feature, it will no longer be used for new meetings.
