You can configure multiple duration options in Booking Page Edit > Basic Settings.
Guests can then choose their preferred duration on the booking page.
Open the booking page edit screen
Click Basic Settings
In Duration, click Add to add options
Set each row to a preset or custom duration
In Default selection, choose the duration preselected on the booking page
Save the changes
How It Appears to Guests
When multiple durations are configured, a duration selector appears in the booking flow.
If a guest switches the duration, available time slots and booking details update for that duration.
Limits and Notes
You can set up to 3 duration options
Duplicate durations are not allowed
Custom duration must be between 1 minute and 24 hours (1440 minutes)
Multiple duration options are available on Pro plan and above
If capacity is set to 2 or more in Team Scheduling (seminar-style booking), multiple durations cannot be used
