Pricing for Meeting recaps

Meeting recaps is a paid feature included in specific plans. There is no separate add‑on charge for it.

If these features are unavailable on your current plan, an upgrade is required. If you do not have the authority to change plans, please contact your Team Owner.

Pricing Structure

  • Fees are calculated on a per user / per month basis.

  • For specific pricing details, please refer to the Pricing Page or the Plans & Billing screen within the app.

About the Trial

  • If "Start Trial" is displayed on your screen, you can test the meeting analysis features.

  • The trial usage limit is a total of 60 minutes per user.

  • Please check the duration of the trial period via the on-screen guidance (dialog box).

  • Only the Team Owner can initiate the trial (where applicable).

Usage Time Included in Max Plan

  • The Max Plan includes a total of 20 hours of meeting analysis per user per billing period.

    • The 20-hour limit resets monthly.

  • Handling of excess usage depends on your specific contract; please check the Plans & Billing screen for details.

How Usage Time is Calculated

  • Usage begins the moment the AI Bot enters the meeting waiting room.

  • If no participants join after the bot enters, the bot will leave after a certain amount of time. Please note that this waiting time is also counted toward your total usage.

Usage Limits and Restrictions

  • During the Max Plan trial period, users are limited to a total of 60 minutes of meeting analysis transcription.

  • Depending on your contract, specific usage upper limits may apply.

  • Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to create new AI Bots or generate new meeting analyses.

  • Notifications regarding usage limits will appear on the Meeting Analysis screen. Please follow the instructions provided in those alerts.
