Meeting Analysis Trial to Paid Plan: Setup Guide

The Meeting Analysis trial is separate from the Team plan trial, and this guide explains how to start it, upgrade to Max, and verify key settings (auto-join, recording, sharing, and visibility) on the settings and report detail pages.

Before You Start (Important)

The Meeting Analysis trial is different from the 14-day Team plan trial.
Even if both show “14 days,” the Meeting Analysis trial is managed separately as a feature-specific trial.


1. Start the Meeting Analysis Trial

  • Meeting Analysis list: https://www.jicoo.com/dashboard/recaps

Steps

  1. Open the URL above.

  2. Click Start trial.

  3. Review the AI Terms of Service, agree, and start.

Eligibility (for users)

  • You must be an Admin (or Owner).

  • Your team must not have used this trial before (one trial per team).

  • The feature must not already have an active entitlement.

Trial limits

  • Usage is capped per user (once exceeded, new meeting analyses cannot be created).


2. Settings to Check During the Trial (by page)

A. Items to check in Meeting Analysis Settings

  1. Auto-join setting (whether AI should auto-join meetings)

  2. Recording start timing

  3. Recording layout

  4. Screen-sharing display behavior

  5. Summary template (default/custom)

B. Items to check in Custom Score / Custom Knowledge settings

  1. Add custom scores and confirm evaluation criteria (for example, discovery quality, proposal clarity) are set as intended.

  2. Add custom knowledge and confirm the analysis can reference your internal rules, FAQs, and key viewpoints.

  3. Remove duplicates or outdated items.

C. Items to check in each report detail

  1. Shared content (summary/minutes/transcript/video/tasks)

  2. Team visibility (Participants only / Team members)

  3. Share link visibility (Private / Public)

  4. Allowed users when visibility is Private


3. Upgrade to Paid Plan (Max)

Steps

  1. Select the Max plan on the plan change screen.

  2. Enter payment details and complete the subscription.

  3. After activation, continue using Meeting Analysis.

4. First Checks After Subscription (Settings only)

1) Is Meeting Analysis enabled (ON)?

  1. Open the list page.

  2. Confirm there is no “enable feature” prompt.

  3. If needed, go to settings for details.

2) Is auto-join configured as intended?

  1. Open the settings page.

  2. Review auto-join settings.

  3. Confirm they match your operation policy (ON/OFF).

3) Are recording timing and layout set as intended?

  2. Check layout.

  3. Check screen-sharing display behavior.

4) Are Custom Scores and Custom Knowledges aligned with your operation?

Confirm custom score criteria are enabled and up to date.

Confirm custom knowledge entries are enabled and up to date.

Review and clean up outdated items regularly.

5) Is shared content configured as intended?

  1. Open a report from the list.

  2. Open Share.

  3. Confirm settings for summary/minutes/transcript/video/tasks.

6) Is visibility configured as intended?

  1. In Settings, check team visibility:

    • Participants only

    • Team members

  2. In Share, check link visibility:

    • Private (allowed users only)

    • Public (anyone with the link)

  3. If Private, confirm allowed users are correct.


Common Notes

  • The Team plan 14-day trial and the Meeting Analysis trial are separate.

  • Team visibility and share-link visibility are separate settings.

  • Once usage limits are exceeded, new meeting analyses cannot be created.

  • Regularly reviewing Custom Scores and Custom Knowledges helps maintain analysis quality.
