The AI bot doesn’t join my meeting
Check the following:
Meeting analysis is enabled for the team
The meeting has a valid meeting URL
The platform is
Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams
The meeting has not ended yet
You haven’t exceeded your plan/trial usage limit
Another bot is not already active for the same meeting URL
Summary/minutes are missing
Right after a meeting ends, generation can take time. Wait a bit and check again.
The transcript may appear first, and summary/minutes may follow.
I can’t open a shared link (Private)
If the link visibility is Private, only allowed users can access it.
Allowed users may still need to log in.
Confirm the correct email address is added under Allowed users.
How do I delete a meeting recap?
Open Meeting analysis in the dashboard
Open the menu for the recap you want to delete
Select Delete
Usage limits & plans
Meeting analysis is available on the
Maxplan.If a trial is available, trial usage may have a time limit.
If you reach the limit, you can’t create new bots (no new recaps).
