Unable to Log In After Being Invited to a Team

If you have been invited to a team and are unable to log in while trying to create a new account, please follow the steps below.


Procedure

  1. Delete the pending invitation from User Management. (Please ask the person who invited you to do this.)

  2. Go to the Jicoo TOP page and create a new account. Note: At this point, do not invite the account to the team yet.

  3. After the account creation in step 2 is complete, invite that account to the team. (Please ask the person who invited you to do this.) Note: If you have already created an account in Jicoo, you will join the team immediately. https://www.jicoo.com/en/admin/users

  4. Once you have been invited to the team, switch teams from the icon at the bottom left of the dashboard to display the team you were invited to. https://www.jicoo.com/en/dashboard
