How to set up the form
You can customize the input items on the booking page by adding them to the basic items.
To set up the form, go to "Edit" > "Page" > "Invitee Questions".
Select "Add an item" to set a question item.
(You can also set a required field).
Items can be One-Line, Radio button, Check boxes, Pull-down select, etc.
One-Line
Multi-line(paragraph)
Radio button(single selection)
Check boxes(multiple choice)
Pull-down select form(single selection)

Example of setting up Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement

1 . Select "Inserting Text" and enter the required information regarding the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
