You can specify members who will only be notified of activities that are scheduled to be coordinated on the booking page.

Notifications will be sent for schedule creation, cancellations, schedule changes, and messages received from guests.

Notified members are not taken into account in the availability of the appointment calendar.

Edit Booking Page > Booking Request > Team Scheduling > Members to be notified only
