A booking ID is an ID that is automatically assigned to each booking and is never the same as another booking’s ID (example: 4ZBIGJNSGlhL; it consists of letters, digits, “-” and “_”). You can check it in the following ways.
Check it in the booking list
You can add an ID column to the booking list (https://www.jicoo.com/en/dashboard/schedules). It is not shown by default.
Open the booking list and switch the view to “Table View”
Click the list icon (“Property lists”)
Select “ID”
Check it in the URL of the booking details page
In the URL of the booking details page, the booking ID follows “/dashboard/host/events/”. If the URL contains “?”, the booking ID is the part before it. You can also open this page from the “Details” button in the booking notification email the host receives.
Check it in a CSV file
It is included in the “Event ID” column of the file output by “Export CSV” in the booking list. CSV download is available on the Team plan or higher.
For how to export, see the article below.
Use it with other systems
In Webhooks and the API (both on the Team plan or higher), the following values are the booking ID.
Webhook: “object.uid” in booking notifications (such as guest_booked)
Public API: “bookingId” used to specify a booking (the same value as “uid” in the booking data)
FAQ
Q: Is the booking ID included in the notification email the host receives when a guest books?
A: The email body has no “Booking ID” item. Open the booking details page from the “Details” button in the email and check the URL.
