What is the Group?

A project is a feature that allows you to manage specific members and Booking pages tied to a Group.

How to use the Group

You can create projects by inviting team members as follows, which can be used for different purposes on the dashboard.

・Manage members' Bookings by inviting them by department (Sales, CS, etc.)

・Create Groups with members from other departments assigned to specific tasks.

・Invite members who work together on a daily basis, such as supervisors and subordinates.

・Private Groups that are not open to other departments.

Create Gruop

1 . Click on "Group settings" from the gear icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

2 . Click on "Create group"

3 . Set the Group name and public scope, and click "Create".

※ When a group is set to private, only invited members can view or participate. Even if you are a member of the booking page, you will not be able to see it. Also, the appointments created will be visible only to the appointment participants and group participants.

4 . A group has been created.

Once the group is created, the created group will appear on the dashboard.

Supplementary information

Please note that privacy will not be displayed in the red boxed area below unless you have set up an invitation.

Add People

1 . Select the appropriate group, then select the icon next to the member and click "Edit".

2 . Enter the name of the member you wish to add and click "Update".

Booking page tied to project

Existing Booking pages can be tied to each project.

1 . From the Dashboard, click "Edit" on any Booking page.

2 . Select the group you wish to link to from the groups in "Members" and click Submit.

Once saved, the tied booking page will appear when the appropriate group is selected, as shown below.

Individual gruop utilization

For example, if you have a Booking page that you do not want to make public to your Team, you can manage your own Booking page by utilizing the Privacy Settings and other settings described in the previous section.

Private settings can be used in the following cases.

・Meetings that do not need to be displayed to other members, such as 1-on-1 meetings.

・Cases in which private settings are necessary because the activity is conducted privately
