I want to display the booking questionnaire (additional questions) in the administrator's email and the integrated calendar.

This guide explains how to display the information guests enter into the form during the booking process in the booking confirmation email sent to the administrator and in the description field of the event in the integrated calendar.

How to Set It Up

  1. Go to Edit Booking Page > Form > Where to view additional item answers.

  2. If you want the guest's answers to the additional questions to appear in the booking confirmation email sent to the administrator, check the “Email” box and submit.


    If you want to display guests' answers to additional questions in the description field of events created in the calendar linked by the administrator, check the “Calendar” box and submit.

If you have configured the connection between the routing form and the booking page form fields

Even if you have configured the connection between the routing form and the booking page form fields, following the steps above will allow you to display the form responses as guest information in the booking confirmation email sent to the administrator and in the description field of the event in the integrated calendar.

Administrator Email

The guest's answers to the additional questions will be displayed in the booking confirmation email sent to the administrator.

Integrated Calendar

Guest responses to additional questions will appear in the description field of events on the calendar that the administrator has designated for adding events.
